Thank you for shopping at Jolly Junction. Most of our products are made to order and printed just for you.

Production time

Please allow 2–5 business days for production after your order is placed. Custom or embroidered items may take a little longer during busy seasons.

Shipping time (after your order ships)

• United States: typically 3–7 business days in transit
• International: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

For most U.S. customers, that means about 7–14 days total from order to delivery (production + shipping). Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can add time.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us.

Holiday & gift orders

For time-sensitive gifts (Halloween, Christmas, etc.), please order early. We recommend ordering Halloween apparel by mid-October for the best chance of arrival before October 31, and earlier for international addresses.

Damaged, lost, or wrong items

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll help make it right. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy.
